Courtroom briefly suspends Bradford Co. District Legal professional’s regulation license following sexual misconduct expenses

(WBNG) — The Bradford County District Attorney Chad Salsman’s law license has been temporarily suspended, according to a ruling from the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board of the State Supreme Court.

Salsman is facing more than a dozen charges of sexual misconduct.

The court’s ruling is in effect until further notice but the court says this decision does not mean Salsman has been removed from office.

Salsman’s lawyer told 12 News in early March that Salsman will not resign.

The investigation is ongoing.
